Financial Crisis-
1. Being monetarily in a bind.
2. Being in a state of fiscal paralysis.
3. Something most people suffer through for the bulk of their lives.
4. Something banks encounter (and only suffer-ever so briefly) once in a blue moon. Latest example: Sept 2008-June 2009.
